Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Coal Creek Church for Monroe Davis, who died Friday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Miles Lindley. The sermon was delivered by the Rev. A. B. Coats of the Kingman Methodist Church. Music was furnished by Scott Ratcliff accompanied by Mrs. W. J. DeVerter. Pall bearers were Byron Grismore, Joe Starkey, Henry Paschal, Miles Lindley, Clarence DeVore and Charles Davis. Flower bearers were Marie Snoddy, Maxine Smith, Thelma Riggs and Lenora Dewlin. Interment was in Coal Creek Cemetery with G. W. Spencer in charge. ā€“ thanks so much to ā€œSā€
